Hello. I started using the program after several people told me thats what they use, and it seemed very successful. I tried it using the data from a recent event, but got a popup error window mentioning something about the gpx track having an issue. After trying the program again on an event 2 months ago with its date...there was another error related to the track. I then tried making maps from 3 previous events, and they worked. I also tried cross-loading the various maps and tracks, and the only time they failed was when I selected the last two bad gpx tracks. All maps and the previous 6 tracks even if they werent from those maps allowed me to initialise a new project. Someone told me that its possible to manually draw in my route onto a map, but the program wont load without a gpx track selected. Thanks for your help.

It seems that the issue is with the specific GPX tracks that you are trying to load into the QuickRoute program. It is possible that those tracks are corrupted or not compatible with the program. You could try finding alternative GPX tracks or manually drawing your route on the map as suggested. Make sure to double-check the format and compatibility of the GPX tracks you are using.
How to reduce the footprint in quick route? My footprint is too big and my map is too small. I can't fit too much footprint (gpx) on the map. What tools can be used to reduce and adjust the footprint?

To reduce the footprint size in QuickRoute, you can use software tools such as GPX file editors or converters that can adjust and optimize the GPX file. There are various options available online, such as GPSBabel or GPS Track Editor, which can help you modify and resize the footprint (GPX) to fit better on the map.
When I try to install Quick Route 2.4 on my Windows 10 PC it asks me to install .NET Framework 2.0. But I already have .NET Framework 3.5 installed and that includes the 2.0 version. Downloading .NET Framework 2.0 separately is not possible.
